Our founder and CEO, Damon, started Switch from his passion for digital innovation, and he created a business designed to help others grow. Over more than two decades, he's led us from our beginnings as a web-tech agency into a fully integrated partner, trusted to deliver focused projects, digital support and long-term growth strategies that adapt as your business evolves.
In 2022, our leadership story welcomed a new co-author. Lynne, a former valued client, award-winning communications expert and strategist, joined us as Chief Strategy Officer following years of collaboration with Damon. Together, they built a partnership grounded in shared values, mutual trust and an ambition to be the very best at what they do.
Their partnership brings an even greater depth of perspective and insight to our team. They combine cross-industry experience, expertise and a shared commitment to building enduring relationships that deliver meaningful growth.
