We partnered with Jersey Opera House to design and deliver a new website, supporting the relaunch of one of Jersey’s most important community and cultural institutions.
Following a major structural renovation and brand refresh, Jersey Opera House needed a new website to support its next chapter. As part of a wider, multi-partner campaign, they required a web partner that could deliver a secure, accessible, high-performing platform to serve its diverse audiences, support ticketing, and reflect both Jersey Opera House’s rich heritage and its renewed ambition. All delivered to a time-critical deadline to coincide with their 125th anniversary.
Working collaboratively with other delivery partners, our team was responsible for the technical design, build and user experience of the new website. We focused on creating a platform that was not only robust behind the scenes, but crucially was intuitive and welcoming for users.
Accessibility, usability and security were central to every decision we made, making sure the site performs, is reliable at peak times and is also capable of serving our diverse Island community. We streamlined the navigation for a scalable infrastructure and supported integration with the Opera House’s ticketing platform to simplify the publishing and promotion of performances online.
We brought together user experience, analytics and platform integration to provide end-to-end visibility of the audience journey, giving the Opera House team even greater insight into how audiences discover performances and move through the booking process. The build was designed to support both day-to-day engagement and the Opera House’s future growth, with our team continuing to manage and support the platform as it evolves.
The new website provides Jersey Opera House with a secure, accessible and scalable digital platform, that supports both its relaunch and its future growth.
It acts as a confident digital narrator, honouring the Opera House’s past, while enabling audiences to discover, book and engage with what’s next.
With improved integration and analytics insight, Jersey Opera House is now better equipped to measure performance across digital campaigns and understand how audiences move from interest to ticket purchase.
LabelThis was about creating digital foundations that would mirror the Opera House’s physical transformation, and then continuing to support and evolve the platform so it keeps serving audiences long after launch.
LabelThe new website has given us a digital platform that truly supports our audiences, making it easier to discover, engage with and book performances, while reflecting both our history and our ambitions for the future.
