Our founder and CEO, Damon, started Switch from a passion for digital innovation, creating a business designed to help others grow. Over more than two decades, he's led us from our beginnings as a web-tech agency into a fully integrated partner, trusted to deliver focused projects, digital support and long-term growth strategies that adapt as your business evolves.
In 2022, our leadership welcomed a new co-author. Lynne, a former valued client, award-winning communications expert and strategist, joined us as CSO following years of collaboration with Damon. Together, they built a partnership grounded in shared values, mutual trust and a shared ambition to be the very best at what they do.
