Overview

With a relationship that spans over a decade, we supported Jersey Finance to deliver a complete brand refresh and website transformation to support the evolution of Jersey's international finance centre on the global stage.

The opportunity

As the promotional body for Jersey's international finance centre, Jersey Finance's existing website and visual identity no longer supported their ambition to showcase Jersey as a modern, well-regulated and forward-thinking global financial hub.

They wanted their brand and digital presence to reflect the scale, credibility and innovation of Jersey as a leading IFC, while serving a wide range of international audiences and stakeholders. This included managing a significant volume of content, alongside the need to deliver a seamless experience for both member and non-member audiences.

Our approach

Working collaboratively with the Jersey Finance team, we delivered a comprehensive brand refresh alongside a full website rebuild. We focussed on creating an expressive, contemporary identity and digital platform that could clearly communicate Jersey's proposition, while remaining secure, flexible, scalable and fit for long-term use.

The website build was one of the most technically complex platforms we have delivered, designed to support large volumes of content, multiple audience journeys and a sophisticated member experience. Built using headless technology, the platform includes a secure member portal with Salesforce integration, enabling Jersey Finance to manage content, access and engagement across their global network.

We designed and built a robust website experience that balances clarity with sophistication, capable of supporting large volumes of information and diverse user needs without compromising performance or accessibility. This included careful consideration of brand architecture, ensuring the overarching Jersey Finance identity worked seamlessly alongside key sub-brands such as Funds Focus and Sustainable Finance, creating clarity across multiple propositions without diluting the core brand.

Following launch, we continue to support Jersey Finance through ongoing website management and brand guardianship, ensuring the brand is applied consistently and evolves carefully as new initiatives, campaigns and materials are developed. We also support continuous improvement through an ongoing user experience optimisation programme, helping refine user journeys and strengthen performance over time.
